Had a great night at Falls Campground and glad to be on the road again. I’m looking forwards to dropping the trailer at Colter Bay. I love my little trailer, but anyone who’s towed something knows they’re a PITA to deal with. You can’t just pull into a parking lot, or even many gas stations without scoping it out first. Getting stuck sucks.
This part of the drive was wonderful. I left the desert behind and have awesome scenery. here are the “Falls” where the Falls Creek dumps into the Snake River.

I drove over the Teton Pass and ended in the town of Jackson. Cute town, but I headed north to Colter Bay on the shores of Jackson Lake.
The campground here at 350 sites, is simply huge! Yet the sites are well laid out: there’s space and greenery between sites. The amenities are what’s sold me: Flush toilets, water, showers, and laundry!

I always forget something when packing for a trip. I had purchased two books on the grand Tetons and Yellowstone and forgot them at home!!! Maps and everything! So, I’m gonna wing it from memory using my AllTrails app. 😖
looks like a great trip! That mountain shot is awesome! No light pollution should make for some great star gazing
